My Learning Journey

Learning has always been a constant in my life, guiding my path and evolving alongside my career. From my studies in International Business in Colombia to my Master’s in Switzerland and further education in London and Zurich, I’ve built a strong global foundation.

Even during my recent career break to focus on my family, I stayed committed to growth. I completed a CAS in Customer Experience Management, began a Master’s in Digital Marketing, and started preparing for my PMP certification. Seminar Design Thinking

bp_consulting, Zürich, Switzerland

14-15/02/2024

In just two days, this hands-on seminar challenged the way I approach problem-solving. Design Thinking taught me to shift from solution-first thinking to truly understanding the needs behind the problem. Through real-world exercises and collaboration, I learned how to reframe challenges, empathize with users, and prototype ideas quickly and creatively.

It was a refreshing reminder that innovation doesn’t come from having all the answers—but from asking the right questions and being open to experiment. This mindset now shapes how I approach both customer experience and project management.

Seminar Conflict Management

Novalis Entwicklungsberatung GmbH AG, Zürich, Switzerland

18-20/10/2023

Conflict is part of every team, every project, every collaboration, but how we navigate it makes all the difference. This seminar gave me powerful tools to approach conflict not as a disruption, but as a doorway to deeper understanding and stronger outcomes.

Over three days, I explored practical frameworks for de-escalation, active listening, and empathetic communication. Through role-playing and real case studies, I learned how to transform tension into trust and turn challenging conversations into meaningful progress. These skills have become essential in how I lead, collaborate, and support diverse stakeholders with clarity and calm.
