I am now looking forward very much to now re-enter my professional life, equipped with fresh knowledge, sharpened skills, and a renewed enthusiasm that complements my established experience in project management, event management, sales, and customer relationship management. Driven by my passion for customer-centric strategies, I recently completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Customer Experience Management. Currently, I am further enriching my expertise through a Master’s in Digital Marketing at Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM) and actively preparing for my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
