Project manager with a global mindset, customer experience focus, and fresh skills in digital marketing. After a purposeful career break, I’m back—ready to lead with heart, strategy, and impact.

My professional journey

My career didn’t follow a straight line—it’s been a journey shaped by curiosity, growth, and a genuine passion for people. It began in international sales, where I traveled across continents, learning how to connect with clients, understand their needs, and turn challenges into opportunities. Over time, I felt a pull toward something more structured and impactful, which led me to project coordination. That’s where I discovered my love for organizing, planning, and seeing a project come to life—especially when it meant creating meaningful educational experiences in the medical field.

As I grew into my role, I took on more responsibility, eventually managing large-scale international events from concept to execution. Working with surgeons, industry partners, and cross-functional teams taught me how to navigate complexity while keeping the human element at the heart of every project.

Then came a new chapter: I took a step back from my career to focus on my family. It was a deliberate pause, but not a standstill. Over those 2.5 years, I never stopped learning. I earned a CAS in Customer Experience Management, started a Master’s in Digital Marketing, and enrolled in a Project Management certification course. I used that time to retool, reflect, and prepare for what’s next.

Now, I’m back—with a full heart, a refreshed mind, and a toolkit that’s sharper than ever. I’m ready to step into new challenges where I can bring together everything I’ve learned: customer focus, project leadership, digital strategy, and above all, a passion for creating experiences that truly matter.
